1. Agreement

By accessing or using the CMMC Accelerator platform ("Platform") operated by Dragonfli Group LLC ("Dragonfli Group," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What this platform is — and is not

The CMMC Accelerator is a readiness assessment tool. It helps defense contractors understand their current cybersecurity posture relative to CMMC Level 2 requirements.

This platform is NOT:

✗A substitute for an official CMMC assessment by a Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO)
✗A guarantee of CMMC certification or compliance
✗Legal, regulatory, or compliance advice
✗An official SPRS score submission — your SPRS score must be submitted through the PIEE portal by an authorized representative
✗A substitute for engagement with a CMMC Registered Practitioner or Registered Provider Organization (RPO)

3. AI-generated content — detailed limitations

The Platform uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to generate assessment questions and compliance document drafts. You acknowledge and agree that:

›All AI-generated documents (SSP, POA&M, Gap Analysis) are drafts based on your self-reported assessment responses and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not applicable to your specific environment.
›AI-generated implementation descriptions are based on your responses and general NIST SP 800-171 guidance — they do not reflect actual knowledge of your systems, network architecture, or security controls.
›All cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements in generated documents are illustrative ranges, not quotes or commitments.
›Regulatory citations (DFARS, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC) in generated documents reflect publicly available information at the time of generation and may not reflect the latest regulatory updates.
›You are responsible for verifying all content before using it in any official, contractual, or regulatory context.
›Dragonfli Group is not liable for any consequences arising from use of AI-generated content without independent expert review.

4. Assessment accuracy

Your CMMC readiness score is calculated from your self-reported answers. The accuracy of the assessment depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of your responses. Intentionally inaccurate responses will produce inaccurate results. Dragonfli Group does not independently verify any assessment responses.

5. Fees and payment

The full assessment is priced at $3,500, payable by card up front before the assessment begins. Invoice or ACH payment is available on request. The assessment fee applies as a credit toward any subsequent T1, T2, or T3 engagement with Dragonfli Group.

The free Pulse Check (short assessment at /pulse) is provided at no charge and does not include generated compliance documents.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

›Submit classified, export-controlled (ITAR/EAR), or sensitive government information through this platform
›Use the platform to generate documents you intend to submit to the government without independent review
›Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls
›Use the platform for any purpose other than assessing your organization's CMMC readiness

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dragonfli Group's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the assessment ($3,500). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of contracts, regulatory penalties, or certification failure resulting from reliance on Platform outputs.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, its code, design, and branding are owned by Dragonfli Group. You retain ownership of your assessment responses. AI-generated documents produced from your responses may be used freely by you for your organization's compliance purposes.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in the District of Columbia.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
